Refunds & issues

If something isn’t right, contact us immediately with your order ID.

  • Update details (name, phone, address) in the app.

  • Control notifications in device settings.

  • Order history and receipts are in the app.

Data Deletion 

Request deletion via the app or email admin@hungryexpress.org from your registered email.

 

We’ll verify your identity and respond within 30 days. Some records may be retained if required by law (e.g., payments).
